Client Care Coordinator – Placentia

The Client Care Coordinator acts as a key resource in the effective delivery of our services. They foster positive relationships with referral sources to promote service awareness, increase referrals and identify and build service opportunities. The Client Care Coordinator coordinates service requests, completes client needs assessments and contributes to the delivery of in-home services. Additionally, the Client Care Coordinator is responsible for supervising front line staff, preparation of client schedules and addressing staffing issues and concerns in the appropriate manner.

Home Support Workers – Province-Wide

Our Home Support Workers help individuals remain in the familiar environment of their own home by providing health services or assistance with activities of daily living.

You will have experience working with seniors and or physically disabled individuals, as well as experience in client supervision, meal preparation and housekeeping.

Our Employees have exceptional relationship skills and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of those seniors we serve.

Developmental Support Workers – Province-Wide

Reporting to the Home Manager, the Developmental Support Worker (DSW) assists residents to achieve their desired quality of life and ensure optimal health and safety, provide prescribed support and supervision, assist residents to be as independent as possible, advocate on the resident’s behalf and to maintain their homes so they are clean, safe, and hazard free.
