We offer you access to our proprietary 15-module online learning platform and access to your 24/7 online employee portal.


We look for people who share our values and have experience providing care. Home Support Worker (HSW), Personal Care Attendant (PCA), or other industry training programs are recognized and preferred, but not required. Our on-the-job training and resources are industry leading and offered to all our employees. We encourage anyone passionate about a career helping others to apply.

All employees need to provide a record of conduct with vulnerable sector check, current first aid certificate, immunization record, TB test, and references.

We provide all new employees with an orientation to home support, some informative videos and ongoing educational emails. We also offer all employees access to our proprietary online learning platform Home Care One.

CareGivers is one part of a group of care companies, which means there is room for movement within the community care space within our larger company. In addition, management and administrative roles do open up from time to time within CareGivers, allowing for other internal advancements.
